Please use this form to file a complaint about unlawful camera surveillance to IMY. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) must be filled in before submitting the application.

Do not provide more information than necessary in free text or as attached material. Please note that the one your complaint concerns will be able to access the information you provide in the case. All the information you submit will become an official document that might be requested by the general public and disclosed after a confidentiality review. If you wish to be anonymous, it is possible to instead submit a tip to IMY by e-mail or letter.
